Refund Policy

Last updated: February 21, 2026

This Refund Policy describes how List Processor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles subscription changes, cancellations, and refunds for the List Processor service. It applies in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Downgrading Your Plan

You may request a downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time through your account or billing settings, or by contacting us. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to have access to the features and limits of your current plan. We do not provide refunds or credits for the difference in price between your current plan and the downgraded plan for the remainder of the current billing period.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Auto-renewal stops. We will not charge your payment method for the next billing period.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription remains active until the last day of the period you have already paid for. After that date, your access to paid features will end.
  • No refund for the current period. We do not refund any portion of the fee for the billing period in which you cancel.

To cancel, use the option in your account or billing page, or contact us using the details below. We recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again.

3. No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods (e.g., unused days or months after cancellation);
  • Unused credits or usage allowances;
  • Prepaid subscription fees once the billing period has begun;
  • One-time purchases or add-ons once the product or feature has been delivered or enabled.

If your jurisdiction requires a refund or right of withdrawal in certain circumstances, we will comply with those requirements. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law.

4. Failed or Disputed Charges

If a charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is received. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing issues. Refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges may be issued at our discretion or where required by law.

5. Contact

For billing questions, cancellation requests, or refund requests:
